My internship at I’M NOT A BARISTA lasted amazing six months — 3 months longer than the original plan! I could not leave a fantastic team and the project we were working on! During those months, I have tried myself in many domains: from product management to fulfilling HR responsibilities. I have appreciated working in a diverse, international team, where the primary value is a skill-share and where you are free to be initiative and creative. Being a part of a coffee community inspired me to learn more about coffee — this way, brewing became my hobby and passion! I believe an internship at I’M NOT A BARISTA is a perfect chance for someone who does not have much experience and is ready to learn by doing, as well as an excellent opportunity to keep mastering your skills. My main goal by undertaking this internship was to make a valuable contribution, and it is a pleasure for me to see how what we have been working on for months is making an impact.
