Our most recent charity campaign, #TIPABARISTA, started as an attempt to reward baristas for their continued work during these difficult times. Baristas are frequently overlooked, despite their dedication to serving our cups every day and dealing with a few difficult customers. Hence, over the course of a year, we will be donating $100 to a different barista each week. Once we have sent the tip to the chosen applicant, we will share their Coffee Story on our social media platforms and website so you can see the direct impact of your support. This project aims to remind people that even the smallest act of kindness can have a huge impact on someone’s life.
We want to involve everyone in order to make this happen. We want you to be a part of this journey, whether you are a coffee lover, a barista, or simply someone who wants to support the coffee community like we are. You can help us reach more baristas and help someone in need by spreading the word. If you think your local barista or someone you know in the coffee community is deserving of this donation, you can encourage them to apply. You can send them this article, our application form or simply tag them in our most recent Instagram post. Show your appreciation for them and their work as baristas. It’s really that simple. Every effort counts, and you can be a part of something great.
