What to Expect

The GCAG Course is a 4-day immersive program that combines theory, hands-on practice, and community building.

Course Details:

  • Dates: February 11th, 2025
  • Location: Casa Blanca Farm, BGA
  • Class Size: Limited to 20 participants for personalized learning.
  • Daily Schedule: 4-5 hours of engaging classes each day.

Course Topics:

  • Day 1: Brewing Basics
    Understand coffee brewing fundamentals, explore various methods, and discover how to get the best flavors from your beans.
  • Day 2: Sensory Analysis
    Sharpen your senses! Learn how to identify coffee profiles and evaluate quality like a professional.
  • Day 3: Small-Batch Roasting
    Dive into the art and science of roasting, with practical tips for improving your roast quality.
  • Day 4: Final Test and Certification
    Put your new skills to the test and celebrate your achievements with a certification ceremony.
