We’re a Not-for-profit Organisation exclusively designed to help baristas in need and make a social impact. Baristas are an essential part of the coffee value chain and we’re dedicated to lifting them up any way we can.
This is why we build this platform to give baristas a voice, and make a real impact through our NOT A BARISTA Foundation. The One Barista, One Story, One Hundred Dollars Campaign aims to empower and motivate baristas to reach their fullest potential through small donations. This campaign lasts one year time, 48 weeks, this is exactly the number of the coffee recipes we have in the Brewing Guide project. A project was build on 48 real coffee lovers and designed to help 48 baristas in need.
