In February 2025, I’M NOT A BARISTA, with the support of TIMEMORE, Fundación Federico, Hacienda Casablanca, and other partners, launched the first-ever GCAG coffee training program in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
This initiative brought together young farmers, producers, and industry professionals to share knowledge, tools, and opportunities to strengthen the coffee supply chain at its roots. Over three immersive days, farmers learned from experts like Helena Oliviero, explored brewing techniques, and gained hands-on experience with tools generously provided by TIMEMORE.
