We’re getting very close to shipping MOMENTEM. We’ve now started collecting shipping fees and confirming final shipping addresses with our supporters.
Shipping emails are being sent from: momentem@notabarista.org. If you’ve already received our email, please follow the instructions to complete your shipping payment and provide your latest shipping information. If you haven’t received an email yet, please check your spam or junk folder and add momentem@notabarista.org to your safe sender list. We’re working through different destinations and shipping arrangements, so emails are being sent in groups rather than all at once.
Next stop: the MOMENTEM factory
We’ve just wrapped up GCAG, and our next trip is to the MOMENTEM factory. There, we’ll begin the final quality control and packing process, checking the grinders and preparing every MOMENTEM for shipment. After such a long development and production journey, reaching this stage feels especially meaningful. Our focus now is simple:
QC → Pack → Ship
Shipping to UAE and Saudi Arabia
For our supporters in UAE and Saudi Arabia, we’re still working on finding a shipping solution that we feel comfortable using. The options available so far are either too expensive or not reliable enough, so we don’t want to rush into a poor solution just for the sake of shipping faster. We’re continuing to work with our shipping partners and hopefully will have good news soon.
