What makes this recipe so special?
Origami has 20 vertical ribs and kalita filters have exactly 20 waves. It’s a perfect match ! Make it into a wave_cone filter and you’ll be surprised! This shape of paper filter on this specific dripper allows for maximum air and water flow! You’ll be able to grind extremely finer than ever before !
How to measure grinding size?
Due to various grinders we use, we use a simple grading system to measure the grinding size.
1 – Finest grinding
10- Coarsted grinding
We’re currently building an easy to understand the grinding system, any ideas? Let us know, send email to [email protected] or contact us through Instagram.
