- Invert your AeroPress and add 20g of your fine to medium ground coffee ..
- pour 100 ml of water at 88C ,, let it bloom for 30 seconds then stir gently 25 time, put the cap on and let it rest for one minute ..
- then start extracting , you will get around 75g of coffee in your cup/server ..
- then add another 75 grams of water directly into your cup at the same temperature of 88C ,,
- Mix it & Enjoy!

I believe this recipe can get the best out of your coffee beans ,, beside of cupping I use this method to judge my coffee ,, because it make a very bright and clean cup with clear notes & flavors .
