This recipe is best for Light roasted Ethiopians

Each pour step has the same amount of water. It doesn’t let the boulder particles move away from the coffee bed while it’s brewing. As a result, we have much more even extracted, transparent and complex coffees.

If the coffee is too intense or watery for coffee you use, you can change the brew ratio.

Detailed Guidance

It takes four steps. Every step (includes pre-infusing) we pour 60 ml of water.

  1. Preinfuse pour 60 ml of water in 10 sec. and wait until 30 sec.
  2. Pour 60 ml of water in 10 sec. wait until 01:00
  3. Pour 60 ml of water in 10 sec. wait until 01:30
  4. Pour 60 ml of water in 10 sec.This recipe results much better with Cafec Traditional V60 filters.
