Prepare dripper and rinse paper filter,
Pour coffee bed on dripper and make a little hole at the center of your coffee bed (with a little stick or else).
1st pour/blooming = add 50ml with gentel spiral out from center (00.00 – 00.45)
2nd pour = add 80ml with usual spiral center pouring (00.45-01.30)
3rd pour = add 100ml with spiral in from close to outer side of coffee bed but not to close to the side of dripper (01.30-2.30 or waiting till all drop)
