- Prewet filter paper, 1-2-3 pour:
- 1st blooming: 40 gr in 5 sec to get all the coffee moist
- 2nd: at second 20 pour another 80 gr very gentle and slow over 20 seconds circular movements
- 3rd: at second 55 pour the remaining 130 gr rather active with a 50gr centrepour in the end
