Detailed Guidance
Normal method
- – use 2 paper filter to make it cleaner. Rinse the paper then put it on the top of the tissue to make the paper dry.
- – after all the preperation is done, put the coffee in to chamber then pour the water for 20 second, without blooming
- – stir it slowly for 10 second and then push slowly for 1 minute until all the water drops
- – add 5-10ml warm water (bypass)
- – enjoy your coffee

A quick method that I use for my daily coffee.
It’s a balanced recipe that you can enjoy it again and again. You will have a lite body on your coffee, balance acidity and the sweetness with clean after taste.
