1.pour into 40cc water and wait 45s for bloom
2. pour the water carefully into the center of the dripper when the white bubble was released, around 35cc . then make water strong and still in the center of the dripper until 140cc
3.wait for the water was drain
4.pour water into the center of the dripper for second then circling just like usual till 75cc
5.circling as usual for 85cc （big stream but soft flow）

Whenever I have had a favorite coffee on a cupping table I love to sip that same coffee straight from the cupping bowl and the coffee flavors explode.
