Coffee In – 17 Gm
Bloom – 45 ml for 45 sec
Then
Pour water till 110 gm in 1 min ( Includes 45 ml of blooming )
Pour water till 170 gm ( start @ 1:15 sec)
Pour water till 240 gm ( start @ 1:40 sec )
Total Water In – 240 Ml

Whenever I have had a favorite coffee on a cupping table I love to sip that same coffee straight from the cupping bowl and the coffee flavors explode.
