  1. Coffee In -17 gm
  2. Total Water – 240 Ml
  3. Bloom – 45 ml for 45 sec
    Then Pour till 110 gm water till 1 min (includes 45 ml)
  4. Pour till 170 gm water ( Start @ 1 min 15 sec )
  5. Pour Remaining 70 ml water ( Start @ 1 min 45 sec
