1. 1- Rinse the filter
   2- Rinse the cup if filter was rinsed on this one (I strongly recommend to use a ceramic cup)
   3- Grind 11g of coffee (Medium-Fine)
   4- Add 11g and 30g of water
   5- Bloom 45 segs
   6- Pour 85g carefully using circular movements in 25 segs (try to be smooth as you can, but keep attention to don’t loose the water flow) –
   7- Wait around 10 segs to pour over again
   8- Pour the rest of water still doing circular movements but now trying to put more action on this 🙂 (40 segs)
   9- Trash the filter or just clean up if you are using a reusable filter (congrats, the world needs more people like you)

This recipe is special to me, because during a weekend a realized that I have only beans to make espresso, however, I was wishing to brew a coffee. As I used a bean roasted on demand for espresso shots and I need to say that I’m a happy owner of an Aram espresso maker lol sorry, but turning back on the main topic, I just tried to adapt my real chances with this bean that was too much roasted to be brewed.
I made some tests and I got this outcome by following these steps explained on ‘Detailed Guide’. I used a handmade ceramic cup that my sister in law gave me and absolutely this ceramic cup brought me more sweetness to this bean too much roasted to a brew. So this recipe is special to me because these last days are being hard to live and most of people are trying to adapt themselves. I’m not a barista, but I’m trying to adapt myself on these crazy last days, if is necessary, I can adapt my coffee. 🙂
