Dependant on the freshness of the coffee, if its 2 weeks or more id bloom at 30 secs and if its any lesser id bloom at 40 secs
1. 30 secs – 60g
2. 1:05 – 130g
3. 2:00-2:30 – 225g
anticlockwise concentric circles starting from the inner centre, 8 concentric pours per stage till the last stage we continue all the way till the expected ratio
