- Add 14grs of mezcal infused (coffee w/mix of spices)
- Pour hot water 200°F (93.3°C)slowly to let it bloom
- Let it brew for 4 to 5 minutes
- Press it to the bottom
- Enjoy a hug in a cup
- *Optional: Add some piloncillo (raw cane sugar) or brown sugar to integrate the spices
**Suggestion: Add a splash of Mezcal or Tequila!
What makes this recipe so special?
This a twist of a traditional Mexican cafe de olla. In the southern part of Mexico, cafe con mezcal (actual liquor) is served to get warm and enjoy the moment, it’s almost like a ritual, so this is incorporating that smoky flavor after being the coffee beans infused in Mezcal. You will feel joy and love!
